You can “reset” the video by forcing it to re-process. Note that instructors do not have the proper permissions to “reset” the video, only administrators.
- Open the course’s Panopto page using your admin login
- Hover over the video that you want to force re-process
- Click the “Settings” button and navigate to the Manage tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and clicked “Re-Process”
- In the pop-up window, select “OK”
The video should re-process and work correctly now (fingers crossed).
