You can “reset” the video by forcing it to re-process. Note that instructors do not have the proper permissions to “reset” the video, so you will need the assistance of a D2L admin to complete this process.
- Open the course’s Panopto page.
- Hover over the video that you want to force re-process.
- Click the Settings button and navigate to the Manage tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Re-Process,
- In the pop-up window, select Ok.
The video should re-process and work correctly.
