What do I do if a Panopto video is stuck processing?

You can “reset” the video by forcing it to re-process. Note that instructors do not have the proper permissions to “reset” the video, so you will need the assistance of a D2L admin to complete this process.

  1. Open the course’s Panopto page.
  2. Hover over the video that you want to force re-process.
  3. Click the Settings button and navigate to the Manage tab.
  4. Scroll to the bottom and click Re-Process,
  5. In the pop-up window, select Ok.

The video should re-process and work correctly.
