How do I remove people from old or incorrect D2L courses?

When appropriate, D2L admins can request that users be removed from courses in the feed. (Please note that in some cases, asking the D2L user not to pin the course will suffice.)

Before beginning a request to remove users from the feed, please double-check Campus Connect/PeopleSoft to verify that the course is cancelled and/or cross-listed and/or the user is no longer associated with the course. Once verified, D2L admins can follow these steps:

  1. Please send requests for removing users from the feed to lmsadmin (lmsadmin@depaul.edu).
  2. Include the course code with the dashes (e.g. ACC_101_101_0990).
  3. Include Instructor/user ID number.

The Central Team will send the requests to ISAPPENG (Matt).
