Student gets blank screen when going to “Panopto Insert Stuff”

Issue: We have isolated reports of students trying to upload a video to a Panopto assignment and seeing just a blank screen (as below).

Solution: Have the student clear their cache. This seems to force the window to show the correct screen. Instructions for clearing your cache:
