Why is my D2L gradebook not reflecting the changes I made to scores in a Submission folder?

If you have already published scores for a submission assignment but then go back and make changes, the gradebook will not reflect those changes automatically. In order for those changes to appear in the gradebook you will want to click on the blue Update button at the bottom of the evaluation panel.
