Unable to Update Respondus

Users on DePaul owned Windows 10 computers may be unable to update Respondus on their machines. When attempting to update Respondus, you may receive an administrative block indicating you do not have permission to complete the update, and the update is cancelled.

If this occurs, close Respondus, go into the Start menu and locate the Respondus shortcut, right click it and select More, then Run as Administrator.  Once Respondus opens again, run the update tool again to complete the update.
