Why am I getting a 500 error in Panopto?

If you receive a 500 error in Panopto, you will need to completely shut down and restart your internet browser.

If the problem persists, it could mean that the user has not had a Panopto user account created for them. In these instances, please send the user’s first and last name, ID number, and associated course number to lmsadmin@depaul.edu.
