If you receive a 500 error in Paonpto, you will need to completely shut down and restart your internet browser. If the problem persists, it could mean that the user has not had a Panopto user account created for them. In these instances, please send the user’s first and last name, ID number, and associated course number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
