System performance has greatly improved after engineers implemented some additional changes. These intermittent issues are now fully resolved and Digication is awaiting further details from our engineers.

Digication’s engineers are still working on the issues they started experiencing Sunday evening. They saw intermittent increases in errors and system slowness for much of the day Monday and the worst trouble for users on Monday evening (Eastern time).

They have made some changes overnight to mitigate the problems while they continue to work on a full resolution. The user experience currently is much improved and they hope today will feel more like a normal day for users.

Engineers and support team continue to make this their top priority.
