Why am I receiving a “Request Header Too Long” error message when attempting to access D2L?

You will receive the following error message if there are too many cookies stored in your internet browser: “HTTP 400 – Bad Request (Request Header too long).”

To remedy the issue, clear the cookies in your internet browser, restart your internet browser, and navigate to D2L again.
