Where do I find information about unplanned system outages at DePaul and Information Services’ system updates?

Information about unplanned system outages, security issues, virus outbreaks, and widespread phising scams at DePaul can be found here. The same page details Information Services’ planned updates to the systems they support (e.g., Exchange, Microsoft Suite, Tableau, etc.).

The alerts and updates are managed by Information Services (IS), so questions about the alerts and updates should be directed to the Technology Support Center (also known as TSC or the Help Desk). Contact information for the Help Desk is found here.
