If you are unable to share your screen in a D2L Virtual Classroom session (powered by YouSeeU), it is likely because you are not using Google Chrome or have not yet installed the required browser extension.
Virtual Classrooms run on html5, which is why Google Chrome is the recommended browser. In order to share your screen in a Virtual Classroom session, you must also install a browser extension. This extension only needs to be installed once, and you can find instructions for installing the extension, and using Virtual Classrooms in D2L, in our Virtual Classrooms D2L guide.
