You can restore a deleted Discussion Forum and/or Discussion Topic in D2L. When you restore the Discussion Forum and/or Topic, all associated threads and replies are also restored.
Follow these instructions in order to restore a deleted D2L Discussion Forum and/or Topic:
- Navigate to the Discussions area of the course.
- Click More Actions, at the topic of the Discussions list, to release a dropdown menu of options.
- Choose Restore.
- Locate the deleted Discussion Forum and/or Topic in the list, and choose the Restore button in the Action column.
- You will be prompted to confirm; confirm the restore request. (Please note that the confirmation options vary depending on what you are restoring. For example, if you are restoring just one Discussion Topic, the confirmation button is Yes. If you are restoring a Discussion Topic and Forum, the confirmation button is Restore Topic and Forum.)
