Yes, it is possible to preview a D2L Quiz that has Respondus Lockdown Browser enabled, and you can choose to preview the Quiz with or without using the Respondus Lockdown Browser.

Please note that if you choose to not Bypass Restrictions, this refers to all restrictions on the D2L Quiz. So, for example, date restrictions that limit student access will also apply during your Quiz preview attempt.
